With over 15 years of experience in emergency medicine, I uncovered a huge gap of service. I noticed a trend of symptom-care instead of identifying and healing the root causes of symptoms. Does the medical care system actually want patients to be healthy? America does emergency care very well, however, my mission is to change the routine preventive HEALTH care game through custom nutrition and guided self-care. I want to empower YOU to be your own health care advocate.
I’m a mom, wife, firefighter, paramedic, registered nurse, and functional medicine practitioner. I love traveling, weightlifting, massages, and coffee. I’m a foodie and love watching true crime reality TV.

My Approach
I use diagnostic tests and in-depth history taking to customize my health care recommendations for each of my clients. I identify HIDDEN stressors. I do not diagnose and prescribe, I guide an opt-in self care experience. Everyone has his/her own unique challenges and nutritional needs, I will help you to optimize your life and health.
Diet
There is not a one-size-fits-all diet. Improperly fueling your body is a stressor. I use metabolic typing to identify YOUR custom diet recommendations and meal plan. We will work together to adjust your personal macro nutrient needs.
Rest
Sleep is key to recovery and healing. I guide my clients to improve rest and sleep. In a digital world, bad habits are hard to break. I will be your accountability partner to improve the quality of your rest.
Supplementation
The food today is not as nutrient- dense as it was 50 years ago. It is impossible to meet the micronutrient needs of our bodies without supplementation. While I do not sell supplements directly, I do make recommendations to my clients to optimize their health.
Exercise
Optimal movement looks different for everyone. Whether it is walking, bodybuilding, or CrossFit, I help guide my client’s exercise according to their personal performance goals.
Stress reduction
Our bodies are plagued by stressors constantly: external and internal, emotional, physical, mental, and beyond. I help you identify these stressors and work through them based on your capabilities, resources, and obstacles.
